Framing usually consists of white mat-board and a white frame (archive-quality, acid-free materials) with glass. Any painting can be taken out of its frame, if it has one. Freight charges depend on where you are and whether or not you have chosen to have the frame or if you are just buying the painting and will frame it yourself.
